Meals From the Heart

Meals

At Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, NY we pride ourselves in being able to provide our families with daily meals. This helps ensure that while families are staying with us they can focus on the well-being of their child.

Providing meals for our families is a very important part of our mission. We all enjoy coming home to a freshly prepared meal and our guest families are no different. After spending a long day at their child’s bedside, preparing a meal is one of the last things on their minds. We invite groups of 10 or less to come to the Westmoreland House and prepare a comforting home-cooked meal for our families. See below for additional guidelines.

Choose any restaurant of your choice and have them deliver directly, or you can drop it off, to us. You can choose to provide meals for both or just one of our locations, House Within the Hospital and/or the Westmoreland House, either is greatly appreciated. See below for additional guidelines.

Help us provide comfort and nourishment to the families staying at our House Within the Hospital by committing to a recurring meal donation. Whether it’s monthly, bi-monthly, or semi-annually, your generosity ensures families have a warm meal during a difficult time.

Each meal should be enough to serve 14 people and can be delivered directly from a restaurant of your choice or dropped off at our location.

By making a recurring commitment, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting families when they need it most. For more information, please contact Maranda at marandam@rmhcrochester.org
