Meet this very special young lady, Shade who lived at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester. Shade’ traveled to Rochester from Jamaica to receive treatment for her diagnoses of Leukemia. Because of this treatment, she has lost all of her hair. Her dream was to have hair again and to feel like a star! A local hair stylist heard about Shade’ and wanted to help.
Kendra Quick, owner of Kay Royal Beauty Bar created a custom made wig just for this rock star. This salon specializes in extensions and wig creation for those with hair loss.
